Several CHE writers participated with their students in regional transition workshops. It was felt by
both workshop coordinators and these educators that the quality of the learning experience for the students could
be enhanced if students had prior awareness of the ideas and resources highlighted in the workshop. The CHE
project offered the opportunity, and these writers spent countless hours designing and pilot testing a
curriculum that would engage their students in the key areas of transition planning.
Our sincere thanks to the CHE curriculum writers:

- Glenna Gustafson, Project Associate, VT TTAC
